Proper sourdough; all it needs and all we use is flour, salt and water. We have a wheat and a rye starter which flavours and rises our different sourdoughs. We use the best flours from around the world to make each loaf flavoursome, hearty and memorable.

Viennoiserie pastry made daily, shaped into a myriad of delightful morsels. Croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes, cruffins, pastry straws, pain au raisin, escargot au chocolat and more. We use quality high-fat butter, full of flavour to make melt in your mouth pastries.
PRETZELS
We make authentic salted German pretzels. Dense and chewy knots of pretzel dough, dipped in the traditional lye solution, covered in pretzel salt and baked to perfection. Chilli cheddar and garlic & parmesan flavour pretzel hybrids also available everyday.

Baguettes. Brioche. Bialy. Bagels. Focaccia. English Muffins. Vollkornbrot. Challah. Fougasse. Panettone… and more! There’s so much more to life than just white or brown bread. We love introducing breads of the world to the people on our doorstep.
